Power BI Premium (1 Year)

Power BI Premium: one-year reporting offer

Power BI combines data preparation, reporting and online collaboration for business intelligence. This listing has a one-year term, not lifetime access. The most important buying distinction is Premium Per User versus an organisational capacity subscription: the name Premium alone does not mean that dedicated capacity is included.

Plan the reporting workflow

• Identify who builds reports, who publishes them and who only needs to view them.
• Map the licences required by the workspace and the people receiving its content.
• Separate the free desktop authoring application from paid online sharing and Premium entitlements.

Per-user licensing is not a capacity purchase

Microsoft’s PPU guidance describes Premium features licensed to individual users. Microsoft’s licensing overview distinguishes user licences from organisational capacity. Do not use a one-user offer to budget for a whole tenant’s dedicated resources.

Account assignment and setup

Confirm the destination account and organisation before activation. Follow the assignment or redemption instructions appropriate to the supplied plan, then verify the recognised subscription in the account. Review the service features by licence type before sharing content. Desktop Windows product-key activation is not the Power BI licensing workflow.

Questions before you buy

Is this perpetual access?

No. The listed offer is one year. Its start date, renewal method and supplied plan must be clear before purchase.

Does a Premium user licence include dedicated capacity?

No. Premium Per User and capacity are separate models; this page does not promise a capacity SKU.

Where can I compare other reporting and data tools?

Browse the data-management catalogue by the workflow and licence model you need. A desktop utility, user subscription and organisational capacity purchase are different products.
